皮匠老師，關於我的綠卡照片錯誤的問題，您建議Take the I-90 w/ GC, your passport and ticket to visit local USCIS to request I-551 stamp。您的意思是直接FILE I-90 to the local office? 那需不需要預約哪？還有什麽是ticket? 萬分感謝！
