謝謝８老師回答。按你的理解，F１用AP回國再回美後，F１身份失效， F１ OPT 的EAD也失效。
如果４８５相關的EAD還未批準，那麽工作單位 也不可以幫助申請H１B PREMIER PROCESS，對嗎？

-Correct. But you can ask your employer to file the change of status from F-1 to H1 and get it approved using premium processing before you go to China.
