請問Pjiang等大俠們，關於父母移民的問題.

今年年底我就可以申請公民，請問是否可以在我綠卡拿滿四年零九個月時就可以同時幫我父母遞交綠卡申請。他們是否可以持B簽證在美合法停留到綠卡批準而不用回國等待。謝謝。
