Thank you for your information. I called USCIS and US Customs and Border Protection and I was told I can make appointment with USCIS inforpass after I get my renewed passport. I was told the officer there will help me to extend I-94 card.
-THe USCIS local office has no right to change the I-94 for you, but the local CBP Deferred Office or Port of Entry might do it for you (only possible, not hurt to try). If you can not get it done, you need to ask your employer to file I-129 to extend your H1 before the I-94 expires or go outside to get the H1 visa.
I want to try and will let you know the results.
Thank you very much.
