我父母現在在美國探親，持B2簽證。我想申請姐姐和她兒子夏天來美國探親，也算是family reunion吧。有幾個問題想問問：

1.在填寫160表時，我姐姐是否需要如實填寫父母正在美國？

這會影響她的簽證嗎？

-No.

本人是美國公民，但家人無移民打算。

2.怎麽證明我和姐姐的關係？

出生公證？

-Correct. Your sister's birth certificate and yours showing the same parents' names verify the family relationship.
