very risky.
first CIS may think you did not work enough time for a national interest job, will RFE you to explain the connection between 2 jobs, if you can not make them believe it is still of national interest at the same area your applied at beginning, you may have lost 50% chance;
2nd if denied, you I-485 will be denied at the same time unless your EB1a approved before your NIW. You may have to file again.
