老婆香港出生。
我在申請綠卡。EB2.
有三個問題。
1. 因為老婆的身份。I-485 EB2 應該是有名額。我是否可以因此一起提交 I140和I485?

一起提交 I140和I485是否會加快進程？

-Yes.

大概能快多少？

-Don't know.
2. I140 的 premium processing 會讓進程快多少？
-It is helpful, but not very much because I-485 processing takes time even if I-140 is approved quickly.

3. 老婆H1B, 準備辭職。已經提交了I539，改H4. USCIS已經收到申請。老婆應該何時向公司辭職？H4批準以後， 或之前也可以？
