我給國內的父母申請綠卡，I-130已批，也交了NVC的AOS和processing fee。好像下一步是遞交Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration和civil documents。
我的問題是：1.可以將所有文件掃描後用電子郵件寄出嗎？

看給我的Instructions所有的文件似乎要以信件寄出。

2. 所有的公證書等都必須寄原件嗎？可不可以寄一份COPY到麵試時再出示原件？
-You may just go to the bank to notarize the phtocopy of the document by writing soemthing like "This is the true copy of the orinial document" in the photocopy. Then, send this notarized photocopy to NVC.
