8老師，皮老師，您好。

我去年底遞交了I-485，後來認識了一個國內的女孩。本來準備過一個星期回去，在國內結婚，一起簽證(H1B/H4)，來美國。可是，忽然昨天，我的綠卡被通知批了。

-This is not good news for you.

現在，需要麵臨很多不確定的因素。我的問題，有以下幾個：

1.      1.   如果按照既定的計劃結婚，將來，對方來美國簽證B2的可能性有多大？

-Normally it should be fine, but it is difficult to say

2.      2. 我可以回到美國後，為她立即辦理第二類優先，一般需要多久，她才能有綠卡？

-Based on current visa bulletin, it takes about 2.5 to 3 years.

3.     3.  如果我不為她辦理第二類優先，是不是能讓她的B2簽證的通過率大一些？

-Yes. The problem is she can not stay for enough time with B2 status in US to get the green card unless she change her status from B2 to F-1, etc. or wait for you get your US citizenship.

4.      4.  同樣的，按照計劃結婚了，有學校錄取，她申請F1簽證通過的幾率大麽？比B2如何呢？

-F-1 is better chance than B2, but you can not file I-130 (F2A) for her before she enters US.

5.       5. 如果，先不結婚，等她申請B2或者F1成功後，在美國結婚，再為她申請綠卡，是否可行呢？

-This is much better chance for her to get the B2 or F1.

是不是，如果是B2，到期後一定得回去？

-B2 noramlly only 6 months and can extend for another 6 months (total 1 year). She can change her status from B2 to F1 within US.

如果是F1，還能在這裏？

-Yes because F-1 can last several years.

6.       6. 結婚還是先不結婚，對兩人在一起，哪一個更有效些？

-Had better enter US with F-1 before marriage, then get married and apply for the green card. But after you file I-130 for her, she can not go out of US. Otherwise,  she may not be allowed to enter US due to immigration intent.
