Pjiang, our 485 applications got transferred to the local office for interview. I am the primary applicant and my fingerprinting got rejected twice. I think this is the main reason to be called for interview. I already abtained a police clearance letter from the local police department where I have lived in the past 5 years.
My questions to you are:
1. Do my dependents need a police letter too? - Don't think so
My dependents didn't receive a 2nd fingerprinting notice so I supposed their fingerprintings were readable.
2. Do you think FBI does the name check and background check seperately? Do they stop conducting name check and background check due to my unreadable fingerprintings? - Background Check
