聽說綠卡身份的人都要報稅，即使沒有收入，他們需要報1040嗎？

-They don't need to file 1040 independently, but you can list them as your dependents in your 1040 to get the tax deduction. Isn't that a good deal to you?

他們現在也可以回來，但父親一直再做理療。他們沒回美證，半年之後再回來一般什麽後果？

-Fine if it is just occasional.
