請教perm廣告的寫法

律師來信要準備perm廣告如下。

We are looking for you to tell us about your specific role and duties and what your manager would say are the minimum education and experience required to replace you.

You and your manager should draft language that accurately reflects your day-to-day activities and the requirements necessary to perform those duties.

有幾個問題。

一，這個廣告應該對我量身定做，越具體越好嗎？比如按照我的學位和經驗長短。

二，這個廣告應該由我準備嗎？之前的雇主，律師隻是向我要了份簡曆就搞定了。
