I sponser my parents to apply for green cards and they will have an interview. Their interview is the same day but different time (one is at 10am and another is at 10:30 am). I want to be their translator.
Can I be their translator?
-No law limit it and just go ahead. If the IO has a question about this,, just explain to him/her that you can not find someone else because your Chinese friends are busy.
Will they be interviewed at the same time? Do we need two translators (one for my mom and one for my dad)?
-One is enough.
