我已經用過EAD,現在申請H1B,請問這種情況,我是否必須出境簽證去激活?

-If your old H1 I-94 has expired, your new H1 approval will have no I-94 and thus, you need to 出境簽證去激活.

如果是,是否很可能在境外等很多天?

-No time limit. Up to you from one day to the H1 expiration date.
