入籍申請N-400疑問

in form N-400 , Page 5,  Part8-information about your Marital history(continued) ,item G-How many times has your current spouse been married, question 2-Prior spouse's immigration status.

My green card is marriage based and now I can submit N-400. My hu*****and divorced with his EX-wife 7 years ago and they lost contact since divorce. He only know her immigration status is green card when they divorced, we don't know if she applied citizenship or not in the past 7 years.Could I just put her immigration status as green card in the N-400 form or any suggestions?
