We donot know it. The lawyer submitted it this January with I-140 and I-907 together. But the USCIS did not take the check $1225 and returned it back to my company lawyer. After one month, the lawyer tried it again a few days ago with I-907 and I-140 receipts and other files. I do not know if he sent to a wrong P.O.B box. Thank you!
