I have received a RFE letter from USCIS for my daughter's AP application. Her picture is not clear enough. It is easy to take care of this issue. However, I have more worries than her I-131 application. The same picture has been used for all her applications including AP, EAD card, and I-484. Logically, she may receive one or two more RFE letters in the future. My questions are as followings:
1. Does USCIS process a person's AP, EAD, and 1-485 together or one by one? - in transition of "one by one" to "together"
In another words, is it possible for us to receive more RFE letter(s)in the future?
2. I'm thinking to mail 6 rather than 2 copies of my daughter's pictures to USCIS and tell them these pictures are for AP, EAD, and I-484 in case they request better quality photos in the future . Is this a good idea?- No (RFE)
If not, could you advice?
My daughter is going to college this fall and now she's applying for many kinds of scholarships. A GC helps a lot. That's why I am very anxious and hope that she could get her GC as soon as possible.
