My case is similar to this. My previous company supported my EB2 which is current in Jan, and my current company just filed PERM. So my lawyer at previous company submitted my 485 based on previous company with supporting letter from both previous and current company. My lawyer said this is OK even I left previous company.

My case is still pending anyway !
