我的護照上的名字是Jie Wang。辦公室裏大家都叫我Jason。現在 I-140 approval notice 上的名字是 Wang, Jie Jason (律師在申請I-140 時填的名字是 Wang, Jie (Jason) ). Approved 勞工卡上的名字是對的 (Jie Wang). 所有文件A# 都一樣。我該怎麽辦？需要用正確的名字重新遞 I-140 嗎?（如果勞工卡過期了呢？）？ 還是可以寫信要求移民局更改成正確的名字？會影響 I-485 的遞交嗎？
-Unless you have changed your name to Jies Janson Wang officially (e.g. on court), your official name is Jie Wang and you have to use this official name for I-485 or any documents in the future. Otherwise, you may have trouble in the future. The name on the I-140 does not matter too much because USCIS can tell you are the correct beneficial of the I-140.
