-No. IF1 means Alien whose record of admission is created upon the conclusion of a valid marriage contract after entering as a fiance or fiancée of a U.S. citizen (Adjusted status). It is marrige-based green card. In other words, you entered US as the fiance or fiancée of a U.S. citizen and then, you got marriage and then, got the green card (conditional-CF1 to permanent-IF1).
