   My EAD is expiring soon, what documents need for EAD extension?

-File I-765, and provide the two recent photos, copy of your passport (inf0rmation pages and the last visa page), copy of your I-485 receipt, copy of your current EAD and the EAD approval notice (the piece of paper which the EAD was inserted).

and do i need to pay the fee for this renewal, my i485 submitted in 2011?

-No fee.
