Should I go InfoPass?

My fingerprints failed twice and got email notice saying my case was transferred two weeks ago and they already sent me a notice for the transferred. But since two weeks passed and I haven't received the mail notice and I am afraid I missed the interview date and will get denied for my 485 case?

Can I go InfoPass to find out if they already sent out the notice and what required documents would be?

Please help! thanks a million!
