Finished my fingerprint (Index Finger + Photo). The service was smooth and the staff are friendly. At the end, the staff said I should get my GC very soon.
My EB3 priority date is July 2005. The current date is only Jan 2005, still 6 months away. My questions:
1. Am I lucky to get the GC soon after FP?
-No unless your PD is current.
2. Does this FP mean that there will be no more RFE, everything (even though I lost my job tomorrow) is good just waiting on GC?
-Irrelevant.
3. The FP and photo will be used in the physical GC?
-Yes.
4. My 12 years old daughter did not get the FP notice. Is it because she is underage that does not need FP?
-No, she will need to do it some time later for the green card production only, unlike you for both background check and green card production.
