請問8老師: 律師辦完I-140後應該給正式收據嗎？


-What kind of 收據 do you mean? Is it your payment to the lawyer for service fee and you expect to get the 收據 from the lawyer? If so, you may ask the lawyer to give it to you. If you mean the I-140 filing receipt, some lawyer may give a copy to you, some may not because the I-140 filing receipt belongs to your employer unless your I-140 is NIW/EB1.
