回複：公民麵試後要background check pending

Name check is required for all N-400 applicant according to my attorney and USCIS officers. It could take anywhere between a few days to a few years. USCIS submitted my name check to FBI in December 2002 and I ma still waiting... But I do know a few people whose name check got finished in just a few weeks. I also know that someone has been waiting for more than three years.
