how to get EAD card after appoval

They approved my EAD on Jan. 23ed, my hubby got his card on 28th, but until now

I got nothing further, I called them so many times, but they just told me to wait.

I need this card in two weeks, what I can do to speed them to produce the card for me? Thanks.
