Thanks a lot for teacher 8's earlier answers regarding my mom -485 form filing. here I have two more questions:
1. I am the sponsor for her 130, I am US citizen, do I still need to fill in A# when my information is asked? in other word, will A# still be valid for use after the alien obtained citizenship?
-No. A# does not applys to you anymore. Fill "N/A" or leave it blank.
2. you said no need to notarize her name spelling difference, such as xxxxy and xxxx'y, can I fill xxxxy (xxxx'y) in the cell that ask for first name? will this format be ok or more confusing?
-You just need to use the correct spelling in the I-485 which should be American way such as Mr. Dexing (first name) Li (last name).
