排期2月到了，４８５還沒遞，用H1工作，還有一年H1到期。老板要求今天走人，現在該怎麽辦？
立刻轉H4，來得及嗎？聯係其他的老板，需要3,4個星期的時間才能拿到receipt，然後才能開始工作.這幾個星期的gap是否會影響綠卡申請？

-It is not gap issue. Although techincally you are not qualified to file I-485, you may just file the I-485 immediately if you have the copy of your I-140 approval notice before you leave the employer (or before the employer inform USCIS to terminate your H1) to see what happen. Provide your recent 3 to 6 months paycheck stubs. Then, find a job in the same/similar area as soon as possible.

還有個問題，現在遞485，還是等找到新工作再遞？

-Unless your I-140 is NIW/EB1A, you can not use that I-140 to file your I-485 if you do not work for the I-140 sponsor.
