I received a RFE for birth certificate. I had included the notorial cerficate of birth day, parents' names. I don't know why USCIS asked again.
-Birth certificate should include your name, the date of birth, the place of birth and your parents' name. If your birth certificate is correct, just provide the copy again for the RFE.
2. RFE also asked for evidence of prior marriage termination evidence. I had included a notorial certificate to show the prior marriage was terminated. Why they asked again.
-Just provide it again.
From the letters, it seems CIS didn't receive those documents, but I am they were included.
