謝謝8老師的回複.這件事已經發生一年多了,POLICE REPORT 已經找不到了. 像這樣的民事糾紛,難道也算是違法記錄嗎?

If you don't get the RFE, that mean you do not have such record or USCIS does not care about it. UP top you, anyway and not big deal either way.
