但我老婆原來來美國時用的中國付照。現在她要用加拿大付照入境美國。我想移民局會問為什麽付照不一樣了喃. 我們怎麽辦喃？。

-Just tell the truth that the citizenship has been changed. As long as the CBP officer can verify the green card owner is your wife, your wife will be allowed to enter US no matter what passport she has (the CBP officer also can tell whether her passport is true or not).
