謝謝各位老師。 黑了後申請綠卡還能follow-to-join嗎？

-Yes because the child is less than 18 years old, but need to apply for the immigration visa in China.

 因為沒法回國和小孩共同生活兩年， 所以隻能希望能把她帶來美國然後再共同生活。 

-Try to get H4 or B2 visa to enter US and live with you for two years. Then, go to China to apply for the immigration visa if you get the green card during the two years.
