請教：關於I-130表中 Other information 的疑問

我幾年前曾幫大妹一家移民。現在在幫小妹一家移民，隻有她們一家人3口，沒別人。I-130表上填了小妹的丈夫和女兒的名字，生日等。

1。If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.
想再確定一下，這裏要填No，因為這次隻有小妹一家，沒別人。

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?
應該填 Yes.為大妹一家移民。
If "Yes," give name, place and date of filing and result.
我的問題是：place and date of filing 是指我當年自己家所在地（現已搬家）和I-130收據時間嗎？還是當年移民局的收信地址：芝加哥？
