有關在USCIS網站上注冊賬戶的問題， 請指教皮老師和8老師指教！

我想check the lud of my case, 注冊賬戶時被告知e-mail地址已經存在，我用這個e-mail file I 1145, 但從未注冊過賬戶，請問我該怎麽辦？
