-Your human Resource has the L-1 approval notice (I-797) and they will give it to you along with the I-129 etc. for the L-1 visa application in China. Then, you can make a copy of this L-1 approval notice and use it for your spouse and kid L-2 extension after you come back from China.
我回來後再給老婆和孩子的L2身份辦延期，那我給他們提交I-539時需要提供我帶回去簽證的一堆材料（I-797,I-129等，就是去領事館辦L-1的那些，我回去前律師會準備好這些資料並得到移民局的approve）還有我新的I-94對嗎？
-For your spouse and kid L-2 extension, you only provide the copis of the I-797 (L-1 approval notice) and your new I-94 (you will get it at the port of entry when you return) and the other documents I mentioned in above response.
