interfiling problem

dear pjiang and 8 teacher:

     sorry to bother you again. 

     an urgent questions: my PD in EB2 will be current next month.  my EB1B

is RFE (request further evidence), in EB1B, i submit

485 at the same time for my kid.

 

     now my lawyer wants to interfile 485 for me, i am worrying, can i

use 485 in EB1B foe the Eb2 case?

 

in each of  two possible cases, EB1B approved  

or denied, interfile all works? 

 

   can i submit other 485 for Eb2 (pay more)?  which way is right or  safe?
