我(H1)老婆(H4)正準備I-485材料：
１。我有國內出具出生公證，可老婆沒有。請問老婆的出生證明是否必需？

如果必需可否請人在國內代辦？
-Yes, of course. Just ask the local 派出所 or 街道辦事處開證明 and then, go to the 公證處 to do the 公證.
２。我們有國內民政局出具的結婚證。如果我自己翻譯成英文是否有效？
-Had better ask one of your friend to translate it into English and then, got to the bank to notarize your friend's signature. Your friend also need to write a statement that he/she knows both English and Chinese very well.
３。是否可以先提交I-485和G-325a，是否可以在收到RFE後再提交I-693 (Medical Examination)？
-Yes, and wait for RFE. But had better provide it at the beginning to make your case processed faster.
