485 employment verification letter 一問

公司hr隻提供了簡單mployment verification letter，包括開始工作時間，position
和年薪。自己起草了job duties，但被告知公司不能提供這個。
請問job description 是必須的嗎？

本人eb1a 140 批了，但換了工作（從學校到公司），但還做同方向／同領域的，我想
有job description可能會更好。
