Dear Sir:

   I have questions as to my 485 files 

I applied Eb1B and EB2, Eb1B is now in RFE

and i submitted 485 together with I140 in EB1B.

 

1. EB2 is current day next month.

my question is should i submit 485 forms in EB2 again?

 

2. usually, how long it will take for EB1B after RFE? 

 

3. can I wait for the results in EB1B,and  

transfor the 485 form there to EB2 case if denied? - The I-485, being filed with EB-1, at which time the EB-2 is not current, can not be transferred to EB-2, at any time. (I-485 被拒若幹例 - 例 4)
