在收到H1B receipt之前就去上班會如何？

律師打算17號Fedex overnight寄出申請，預計USCIS在18號收到，20號發email receipt，23號剛好可以上班。

但如果email receipt是24號上午收到，23號那天能上班嗎？如果上了，將來會有麻煩嗎？
