大家現在都急著要遞I-485，都有很多問題，我這個並不重要，但我還是希望能弄明白了，請原諒我的冒昧。
在皮匠的博客文章中有這樣一段（引用如下）：
收據拿到了，Receipt Number 是哪一個？ Receipt# 印在收據的左上角，是 3 個字母和 10 個數字的組合，分為 4 組，如：LIN-07-256-59999.
LIN 指明移民局服務中心
EAC - Vermont Service Center
LIN - Nebraska Service Center
MSC - Missouri Service Center
SRC - Texas Service Center
WAC - California Service Center
07 - Fiscal year (it's 08 beginning at 10/1/07)
256 - number of business days in the fiscal year
59999 - sequent number of the receipt
我的疑問是，最近我收到的、和看論壇中很多其他朋友收到的（我不知道是不是所有人都如此）I-485收據的收據號（Case #/Receipt #）的第三段數字都是900，顯然它不可能是“number of business days in the fiscal year”，與以往不同（以前各種案子的號碼倒都是符合此原則的），這是怎麽一回事？900代表什麽？包含這段數字的號碼意味著這個案子有什麽特殊情況嗎？
