對485submit 180天的解讀問題
140 早就已經披了，是否意味我的485 上交 180天以後，有沒有雇主都不會影響最終的485審批？待業在家也可以嗎？

When USCIS discovers an applicant is not with original sponsor and does not have an S/S position, the I-485 is thus not approvable, per AC21.
