Thanks, but why don't they ask us send the application package directly to TSC or NSC instead of forwarding by the Dallas/Phoenix Lockbox? Mine was forwarded to TSC by Phoenix AZ center. It's weird.
-It is the same as your company or school. All the mails go to the mailroom, then are distributed to the Department and to the receiver.
