回複：請大家幫忙看看我爸應該如何申請來美探親~ 謝謝

我媽幾年前獨自來探親時我幫她申請了綠卡。

今年我爸想過來探親（我爸已經有十年沒來美國了）。

請問這種情況下

1）還是由我發出邀請，讓爸爸去申請探親簽證過來好呢？

-You are better because you have financial ability to support his travel.

2）還是，以我媽的名義申請我爸好呢？

3）有人說，因為我媽是當年探親期間申請的綠卡，所以我爸會拿不到B1/B2的visa，真的嗎？

-Your father needs to show his connection to China to avoid immigration inetnt such as house/property owner, etc. Because your mother is a green card holder and this may be negative to your father's B2 application, but just try and you never know.
