Happy new year! My i485 without AP application has been pending 9 months, it looks like i can not get it soon through the reply from USCUS. So i want to submit AP application now.

 

 What documents do i need for this AP application.

-Completed Form I-131, copy of your passport, copy of your latest I-94 (front and back), I-485 receipt and two recent photos (same size as the one for your I-485).

 and do i need to pay the fee?

-No. It is free in your case.
