父母移民廣州麵試要補充材料
My parents have stayed in USA for 6 years and was out of status. They went back to China in 2002. I am US citizen now and am applying for green card for them. They got interview in Guangzhou today and asked to provide the proof of stay from 1996 to 2002. First one year and half, we renewed their visa, then they got out of staust. How can I provide such document. - They will have to state unlawful presence and you should be aware of 10-yr bar (3/10 Year Bars)
Any help will be appreciated.
