1.J1 非waiver，如何轉F1?是否必須到第三國申請？J1目前隻有7個月時間

-Get the I-20 and then, go outside US (e.g. China or Canada) to get the F1 visa to come back.

2.有朋友願意sponsorH1,J1要滿足什麽條件？

是否必須先waiver？

-Yes, must.

waiver和申請H1可否同時進行？

-No.

H1申請人是否必須在美國獲得碩士學位？

-No, but the degree needs to be evaluated by a US organization if it was obtained in a forergn college/university (non-US/Canada school).

J1目前沒有在美國獲得學位。

3.J1還有什麽方法幫助J2(高一)，繼續在美國public school讀書和申請大學？
