-Don't know and hard to say.

2、能自己主動提前去打指紋嗎?比如遞交一個月後。

-No. Have to get the biometrics appointment from USCIS to do it.

3、H4需要無犯罪公證嗎?

-Not need it.

最後，8老師說7月中返回＂fine＂意思是完全沒問題嗎?

-Yes as long as the primary I-485 is not approved (H1 is valid). Otherwise, need to get the AP.
