You won't get good chances to start another similar PhD program in another school. Ten of of ten faculty will ask you the same question, why are you leaving if you think are doing good.

This is not "It is said". This is actually a true statement for someone fresh out of school. Especially if you are looking for a position in academic field.

It doesn't sound like your advisor is giving you a hard time, otherwise he/she won't plan for your graduation next year. You should feel happy about it. There are lots of people working for PhD and don't know when can they graduate at all because their adviors won't let them go.

What you need to do know is to work with your advisor clsosely regarding your thesis and get it done ASAP. Don't try to create problems for yourself when there is actually none.
