It means when you get the green card, your employer need to pay that level, but your employer needs to provide the evidences that he has the ability to do that from the date of the PERM filing until the date of the I-485 approval. Of course, if your employer can pay you at that level from now on, it will convince USCIS that the employer has such the ability. If no, the employer needs to provide other evidences such as financial statement, bank account, tax return, etc. to show the company has enough profits to pay the employees.
還是說PD current的時候沒達到prevailing wage是不是一定辦不下來綠卡， 這個prevailing wage test 在辦理PERM之後？
